Disclosing or leaking personal information of an individual without the consent of that individual;
Defaming, damaging the reputation or credit of the Event or a third party;
Infringing any copyright, trademark right, portrait right or other right of the Event or a third party;
Violating any law or regulation or disturbing public order;
Impersonating a third party;
Uploading a harmful program;
Intended for political, religious or commercial activities; or
Otherwise inappropriate at the Event organizer’s discretion.

Copyrights

Any information posted on the official accounts may not be reproduced or republished without permission of the Event Office except for private use, quotation or other actions permitted under the Copyright Act. The information must be sourced when quoted or similarly used.

Disclaimer

A comment made by a user may be deleted wholly or partially without notice to the user if the administrator deems that the comment is:

The Event Office does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information on social media.
The information posted on the official accounts of the Event is subject to change or deletion without notice.
The Event Office shall not be liable for any damage incurred by a user from its use of or inability to use social media.
The Event Office has no responsibility for any content posted by users.
The Event Office has no responsibility for any trouble between a user and another user or a third party.
The Event Office may not answer any inquiry about the system operation status of social media, companies that run social media, functions or other information of applications provided by third parties.
