These Terms of Use stipulate the terms and conditions for the use of services provided by the International Poultry & Pig Show Executive Committee (hereinafter, the “Committee”) through this website. Users are required to use this Site in accordance with these Terms.

This Site

These Terms shall apply to any relationship between a user and the Committee associated with the user’s use of the services. The Committee may establish rules and other stipulations for the use of the services in addition to these Terms (hereinafter, “Individual Rules”). The Individual Rules, whatever they may be called, shall form part of these Terms.
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and those of the Individual Rules as specified in the preceding article, the latter shall prevail unless otherwise provided for in the Individual Rules.

Prohibitions

In their use of the services, users are prohibited from committing any act that:

Violates any law or regulation or disturbs public order;
Relates to any criminal act;
Infringes any copyright, trademark right or other intellectual property right contained in the services including their content;
Destroys or interferes with functions of servers or networks of the Committee, another user, or a third party;
Commercially uses any information obtained through the services;
Is likely to interfere with the operation of the services;
Improperly gains or attempts to gain access;
Collects or accumulates personal information about another user;
Uses the services for any wrongful purpose;
Causes any disadvantage, damage or discomfort to another user of the services or a third party;
Impersonates another user;
Constitutes advertising, publicity, solicitation or sales activities on the services that are not authorized by the Committee;
Provides any benefit directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in relation to the services provided by the Committee; or
Is otherwise determined by the Committee to be inappropriate.

No warranty and disclaimer

The Committee does not warrant that the services are free of any factual or legal defect (including defects regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security issues, errors, bugs and infringements) either explicitly or implicitly.
The Committee shall not be liable for any damage caused by the services to a user.
The Committee shall not be responsible for any transaction, communication, dispute or other interactions between a user and another user or a third party.

Change to Terms of Use

The Committee may change these Terms without notice to users whenever it deems it necessary. If a user starts using the services following any change to these Terms, the user will be deemed to have consented to the changed Terms.

Handling of personal information

The Committee shall appropriately handle personal information of users acquired through their use of the services in accordance with its “Privacy Policy.”
